There is a female-demon-like supervisor who cares deeply about irrelevant details, nitpicks endlessly, and berates subordinates like they are worthless, all just to fulfill her own subjective notions about how work should be done. Then nobody understands what the point of anything is at all?? This leads to meaningless, wasteful, environmentally unfriendly, unpaid overtime, leaving everyone furious and even the clients unwilling to pay. In the end, it often amounts to working for nothing.

The boss who would appoint someone like this to management says it all—you know what I mean.

Basically, getting along with everyone except the senior executives is fairly pleasant.

The boss is more interested in self-aggrandizement than in being professional. They have poor judgment when it comes to games and often arrange collaborations involving lousy games.

Business decisions are also made according to their personal preferences. They have little professional ability and are much better at talking than doing.

They often use messaging apps to create pressure. Even though they are the boss, they frequently act like a PM and want to micromanage every matter, big or small. They lack vision.

Aside from two Japanese and Korean games, the company’s future plans consist mostly of blindly taking shots at everything. They also seem to think that putting up a façade will make everything go smoothly and that vendors will be willing to spend heavily to help the company succeed. Yet they often end up letting outside vendors take substantial advantage of the company.

When problems arise, people here usually "pass the buck". The management is almost entirely made up of people who stayed on from the old company; they can spend an entire day just talking without taking action.
