When problems arise, people here usually "pass the buck". The management is almost entirely made up of people who stayed on from the old company; they can spend an entire day just talking without taking action. A certain department recently got a new manager who is also quite bizarre... Every time someone asks him a question, the answer is always "I'm busy"... I've also heard that he loves putting on airs. He has only been here a few months and has already driven the people under him away.... Ugh.
The people who are always tired are the ones at the bottom, with endless work to do and endless bugs to fix. For newcomers who want to try working in the gaming industry, I really don't recommend this place..
