Read the community guidelinesThe company allows employees to manage themselves; we can decide whether or not to work overtime.
Because there is too much autonomy, I want to work overtime to earn more money, but if someone is unwilling to work overtime, I can't get my wish.
The company’s senior colleagues are all very kind and supportive of newcomers. Even during economic downturns, the company still arranges overseas trips for employees. There are already very few companies that offer employees overseas travel, so we should truly cherish this.
A small number of people in the company often criticize the company or other colleagues. No matter how well the company or their colleagues treat them, they still feel that others have wronged them. They often make things up, distort facts, and spread rumors everywhere. If a colleague says something fair, they are immediately met with sarcastic remarks from these people. They also often criticize how bad the companies they previously worked for were, so I hope the company will carefully select candidates when recruiting new employees.
The relationships among colleagues are very good. Everyone is like family, and the atmosphere at work is great.
The company benefits are also very good; it is already a happy workplace.
The supervisors treat their colleagues very well. Everyone who joins the company gains a little weight and needs to lose weight.

You often have to work in other counties or cities and don't get back to Taichung until very late. The salary is a fixed monthly wage, and the job is based on a responsibility system, but overtime pay is not fully provided. They are very afraid that others will learn the company's technology, so when you resign, they ask you to sign a “non-compete clause” and even require you to leave your personal USB flash drive behind for inspection, only allowing you to retrieve it the next day. Meetings often involve being asked to teach your colleagues the technical skills you know (for example, animation techniques and automotive painting techniques). There is a senior employee at the company (actually one of the company's shareholders) who often curses at people, calling them “damn kids” in Taiwanese. They are simply bipolar, so the company is constantly replacing its employees.
They will deploy an online troll army to patrol the internet; if anyone gives the company a negative review, they will flood the page with posts! Believe it or not!
Every day at lunch, there’s a 65-inch TV to watch, unlimited air conditioning, and unlimited drinks. The boss also has a hobby of making red bean soup for everyone whenever he has the chance. Oh, and this April, the company fully subsidized an employee trip to Bali. Just two weeks ago, we had a barbecue party, and you could sing as much karaoke as you liked. Life seems to be a little too comfortable.
The boss often makes too much red bean soup, so some of it goes to waste.
This company seems very innovative, and the compensation is better than that of other companies.
I wasn't hired...
The colleagues are all very nice
I want to be good, but even better
Being invited to travel abroad is great; these days, there aren’t many companies with such good benefits!
There are slightly too many meetings, but you can chat and have heart-to-heart talks with the boss.
The three-section bonus is better than at other workplaces
Distorted system, frequent shift work, long working hours, working overtime on holidays, overtime pay not actually being paid, workload disproportionate to salary, exploiting loopholes in the Labor Standards Act
