A small number of people in the company often criticize the company or other colleagues. No matter how well the company or their colleagues treat them, they still feel that others have wronged them. They often make things up, distort facts, and spread rumors everywhere. If a colleague says something fair, they are immediately met with sarcastic remarks from these people.
