After you go in and wait for her to arrive, you are first given three tests: English, logic, and aptitude. Only after completing them is there an HR interview.
When it comes to salary negotiation, with one year of experience and a bachelor's degree, the total offered for an assistant engineer position is 28K.
This does not match the 32–36K range posted on 104.
If this starting salary is possibly only for master's degree holders, it should be stated clearly. You only find out during the interview at the company that it is not.
Moreover, the full amount is 28K, meaning that after deductions for perfect-attendance bonuses or allowances and other miscellaneous deductions, it may "possibly" come down to only 22K.
Also, you have to buy meal tickets for the employee cafeteria, so it may "possibly" go even lower.
In addition, for overtime, they "recommend" taking compensatory leave. You can apply for overtime pay, but the company "recommends" taking compensatory leave instead.
As for whether you can actually use the compensatory leave, I don't know.

4. The year-end bonus is around one month’s salary, and pay raises are almost nonexistent
Company culture
Every year, the company makes empty promises, does not value employee development, and lacks resources. Both hardware and software are outdated, and internal communication is poor, with departments constantly passing the buck.
Everything always revolves around cost, and the company cannot demonstrate any competitiveness beyond cost. Even toilet paper and hand soap in the restrooms can run out..
