The HR department here is really bizarre... They called to schedule a time, but I happened to be unavailable then, so I asked if we could change it to another time. HR said, “The manager is very busy at other times. I’ll confirm the time with the manager and contact you,” and then there was no follow-up. Is the manager’s time the only time that matters, and not the job seeker’s?

The work is divided among full-time employees, part-time employees, and interns, but full-time employees are not paid much more. However, all the responsibility falls on the full-time employees, who also do the most work (and have to supervise the part-time employees and interns to make sure they do not make mistakes).
The department manager is very emotional, and the unit manager is not much better. They even say they do not want to become that kind of manager, yet they bully part-time employees they do not like.
I did not want to stay in such an environment, so I submitted my resignation and honestly explained the reason. I clearly stated my intended resignation date. The Labor Standards Act also says that employees who have worked for less than three months do not need to give advance notice, but I still notified them more than ten days in advance. During that period, they kept trying to persuade me to stay and dragged out the process, and in the end they even tried to force me to change my resignation date.
Colleagues get along well, and the work content and distribution of responsibilities are both good.
