Read the community guidelinesPros
1. Colleagues get along well and have good relationships with one another.
2. Labor and health insurance are provided.
3. Suitable for those looking to take it easy or gain experience; people who do not work quickly may not be suited to this job.
Cons
1. There is a discrepancy between the warehouse cloud system and the actual inventory.
It is necessary to check the inventory yourself when items cannot be found while picking (the inventory can even show negative numbers).
The storage locations are often incorrect.
2. The boss may arbitrarily reassign your position. If you do not accept it, you will not receive the three holiday bonuses, work bonuses, and so on.
3. The Shopee bonus is only NT$60 for 130 orders. Picking or shipping the wrong item, or causing damage, results in a NT$100 deduction per order.
4. Bonus payments may be delayed for two months, while requests to sign an improvement form for bonus deductions are handled very quickly.
5. The three holiday bonuses and year-end bonus are paid at the boss’s discretion.
6. You must stay busy and work quickly during working hours; otherwise, if the upstairs surveillance cameras spot you, they will immediately call down and scold you.
7. When requesting annual leave, the company may refuse the request, citing insufficient staff or too many orders.
8. If Shopee orders are not finished being picked, the company will require overtime. Refusing overtime may result in threats to withhold your work bonus.
9. If you pick Shopee orders too slowly, the people upstairs will intervene and tell everyone to work faster.

The office has surveillance cameras covering every corner, some of which even have audio recording. When you enter the manager’s office, you can see that the computer screen is completely filled with surveillance footage reflected in the glass! It’s truly thrilling.
Randomly reassigning employees’ positions is the norm. You do whatever you’re told to do; if you don’t, you’re told to get lost. I came to this tiny company thinking I was going to be a Taiwanese laborer in Cambodia.
A family-owned miniature company; ability comes second—if you can sense the owners’ (plural) thoughts and act in unison, you can work happily. ((How long you can sense them depends on your individual ability.
Compared with exploitative sweatshop companies, this is a case of small-scale wrongdoing. Suitable for young people to broaden their horizons and gain experience in various areas.
