The manager seems okay.
It’s a gambling company.
The boss seems very arrogant and constantly questions your abilities. Perhaps it’s because they’re not Taiwanese.
The leave benefits are fairly decent:
In the year you join, once you complete the probationary period, you get one day of annual leave per month, for a total of 12 days a year.
You get paid sick leave as soon as you complete the probationary period.

Extremely high turnover
The company offers a lot of annual leave.
There is too much infighting between employees and the boss behind the scenes. Things appear harmonious on the surface, but there are undercurrents beneath it all. In addition, some departments operate under a duty-based system, although I don't know whether anyone has reported it. I have seen 5–6 people leave the company in succession within half a year. The customer service department is even worse, treating its employees as disposable chopsticks. For example, someone introduced themselves a few weeks ago and then resigned. The supervisors don't seem to know what they're enjoying themselves over there for. They even canceled the company year-end banquet, only for the boss and several supervisors to go abroad for their own banquet, leaving the employees below with nothing.
