1. Overtime can only be compensated with time off; no overtime pay is provided.
2. If you need to use any materials, the company will ask you to pay upfront. You will not be reimbursed until payday the following month. If you do not have the money, they will even say, “How did you spend your salary after receiving it?”
3. There is absolutely no planning. At 5 p.m., they may tell you that you need to go on a business trip to southern Taiwan the next morning, saying it will be a same-day round trip, only for it to turn out that you have to stay overnight in the south.
4. The accommodations provided for business trips are extremely poor.
5. The supervisor has poor emotional control.
6. The boss often argues in the office.
7. Being subjected to PUA is standard practice.
This is a great stepping stone for beginners entering the workforce. When you lack experience and skills, this is a suitable place to hone them.
Setting salary and benefits aside, when you couldn't ask for much at the time, this place was just right.
However, before joining, please first practice the skills and standards you should have. If you're lucky, you may get to know quite a few young women.
(PS: I once supervised two attractive female interns.)
There are many shortcomings... inexhaustible and never-ending: benefits, temperament, systems, equipment, ""funding""... (Are they still using a 6M internet connection even now?)
The boss really wants to build up the company, but unfortunately, I don't know what he is busy with. He is unwilling to shift the burden and let others share it.
The boss smokes in the office. The air conditioners haven't been cleaned in hundreds of years... and many other such situations.
After working there for nearly half a year, I discovered that the company did not provide labor and health insurance.
During the three-month probationary period, there is no labor or health insurance. Working hours are 8.5–9 hours, the monthly salary is below 31,000, and there is no year-end bonus in the first year.
