Leaving work on time will make the boss think you have a poor work attitude. They will find all sorts of faults with you to make you unable to stay. The boss has an extremely high opinion of himself, believes that he is right about everything, and has no respect for employees at all, thinking that the company can still operate very well without any of you employees.
The office is very quiet
The supervisor places great importance on their own values and completely disregards employees’ opinions. The working hours are relatively long, the work is rather disorganized and lacks structure, and some of the benefits do not match what was posted on the website. It feels like people are being deceived into attending interviews and working there. The office atmosphere is dead silent. During the interview, the team leader seemed obsequious and apprehensive toward the manager. If you are the type of person who is obedient, loyal, nonresistant, and content with the status quo, you can give it a try. I escaped after only a few days and absolutely do not recommend it!
Receive a fixed salary with no performance bonuses, but there are performance targets—nothing happens if you don’t meet them.
Be aware that the boss occasionally gets confused about whether to intervene in your correspondence with clients, then suddenly stops responding, leaving both the clients and sales staff in a mess.
From top to bottom, senior personnel have their own “professional” opinions on everything, so you have to ask for approval before carrying out anything. Sometimes, even after asking and following their instructions, they say afterward that you misunderstood what they meant; otherwise, they keep dragging things out and only make a decision or changes at the last minute.
Meetings are extremely inefficient. Senior personnel treat themselves like teachers and lecture at length for two or three hours as a matter of course. The comment most often heard when someone expresses an opinion is: “If you don’t understand, don’t speak.”
The brand claims to be on the same quality level as Nike and Adidas, but without brand strength and with prices that are even higher, it is difficult to promote. In the end, they simply question whether the employees know how to sell.
Senior personnel believe that employees who leave work on time are all unserious employees.
