The position I interviewed for was planning, and there was a test. The questions were probably created by them, and I spent about thirty minutes writing. It was somewhat difficult. They also said there would be an assessment, so you should be prepared ...
If possible, please mention in advance that there will be a test so applicants can prepare.

和承國際整合行銷有限公司 >>>> The name of another company owned by this boss. Posting it here to help everyone avoid it.
After receiving an interview invitation, I discovered that the name of another company owned by this boss is this one XD
No pros
Everything is.....
1. I applied for an assistant position at the time, and only after working for a month did I find out that this company does not provide labor and health insurance? They also deduct the 2nd-generation supplementary premium? After asking accounting, I found out that being an assistant is equivalent to being a part-time worker, so there is no labor and health insurance....... Later I thought, never mind, I would just treat it as gaining experience and continue working (any random part-time job outside provides labor and health insurance! Is this company considered legal without it? I have some doubts.)
2. Everything, absolutely everything, comes from Mr. Hong! At that time, I helped Mr. Hong organize ranking and traffic data. Mr. Hong clearly told me to do this and give him the report the following week..... So I organized it and gave it to him the following week.... Then I got scolded.... The reason I was scolded was that Mr. Hong did not remember telling me to do this. He thought I was being smart and organizing the data for him on my own, and that this was bad behavior..... But I argued with Mr. Hong at the time that there were instructions on SK telling me to do these things, and the records were still there. As a result, Mr. Hong became even angrier. He wanted to deny having given the instructions but was afraid of embarrassment and felt too ashamed to admit that he had done something wrong!! But here, the person surnamed Hong is the ultimate authority and can distort facts as he pleases!! 1+1=2 is wrong; 1+1=3, because I say so. 1+1 is 3. Is there something wrong with your brains? 1+1=3! Did you not even graduate elementary school? That is the logic here......
3. I endured this place for almost a year. Other engineers were constantly being chased by project deadlines!! Because the person surnamed Hong apparently does not understand how long it takes to build an entire website. Because he does not understand, he can set the delivery dates himself. After all, Hong is the ultimate authority and what he says goes. Then, if the engineers could not deliver the website, they would be severely berated.... Here, there is always only one voice when people are being scolded: the person surnamed Hong is the loudest, and everyone below sits in complete silence. No one dares to step forward and speak up for you..... It is truly pitiful.....
4. The work here is extremely inefficient because we are often interrupted. There is no such thing as an SOP. At that time, all the engineers had resigned, so the person surnamed Hong adopted an outsourcing model: when outside companies or businesses wanted you to build a website, since there were no engineers inside the company, the work was outsourced to people outside..... The operating policy changed because they felt outsourcing projects was cheaper than hiring engineers..... This completely undermined the company’s core values as described on its official website..... It is impossible to sense any professionalism..... Unless they mean the outsourced people are professional......... Then, because there were no employees inside the company who understood web technology, the planning staff were required to find a way to learn programming, so there would be no need to look for engineers. The planners could simply double as engineers and work themselves to the bone........ Really great.
4. You really need to think carefully before joining this company. If you want to experience the meaning of the saying, “Every country has its laws, and every family has its rules,” this is the best choice..... After being put through the wringer, you will realize that there are such dark things hidden in this inconspicuous little corner of the world.......
5. The compensation here is considered quite good. The engineering manager once revealed a little of his salary; it seemed to be around 40,000, I think (I think)... But on average, people only work for one month before resigning..... At the time, I went through three managers..... I also do not know the reasons they resigned? Maybe they could not accept the logic that 1+1=3....... When your understanding differs from reality, you begin to question whether your own abilities are inadequate. What I saw here was that every employee had their own expertise and performed well, but Hong...... Never mind..... It is probably better not to know too much..... Maybe the entire world is wrong, and the entire world has wronged Hong..... That is probably the conclusion, right?
1. The colleagues are all nice, and everyone gets along harmoniously
2. The salary for fresh graduates is fairly good
1. We take on outsourced projects but never clarify the requirements with the clients. In the end, the employees are the ones who get exhausted
2. Production timelines are set unilaterally without discussing them with the engineers, resulting in very tight schedules
3. Suggestions from employees are almost never taken into consideration, yet they love asking for employees’ opinions. When they can no longer refute an argument, they get angry and sulky
4. They see employees as merely current assets that can be discarded when there are no projects or when the employees no longer have any value to exploit
5. They love holding meetings, but you never really understand what the point of the meetings is
There are even more drawbacks—would you like to know?
You’ll know once you join
I applied for a front-end design position. When I arrived, HR first gave me a test to complete. After I finished it, the supervisor reviewed it, and then conducted an interview.
Everyone there was very friendly and spoke very gently.
It is located in a small alley, and the sign is quite small, so it is a little difficult to find.
No pros—only saw immature kids fooling around.
Terrible. It's tucked away in an alley, and after walking through a dim corridor, you'll see it.
During the interview, there was only a group of kids fooling around loudly. No one even interviewed me; they just told me to write something that can be found online and said they would notify me. A company that doesn't respect people shouldn't expect others to take it seriously either.
This company is well-structured and logical, with comprehensive SOPs!
All of the above are surnamed Hung.
No pros
During the interview, everything had already been clearly discussed.
What I could and couldn’t do was made clear.
The boss also agreed.
Yet I was let go within just a few days.
If this isn’t reality, then what is it?
