Read the community guidelinesTo start with! The position I interviewed for this time was “Data Processing Personnel.” Only after submitting my résumé through the employment website did I discover that this company had negative reviews (I felt a bit screwed @@). Since the interview was the next day, and after my first interview I somewhat wanted to politely decline the interview invitation from Quancheng, but there wasn’t much time to call and explain, I went anyway.
In the first stage, HR asks you to fill out the company’s standard form (it’s simple and doesn’t ask for much personal information).
There is also an English vocabulary test with about 25 words (also very easy, at a vocational high school level—words like COTTON, ASIA, etc.).
What was strange about HR, though, was that instead of starting by asking about my job-search intentions, they kept focusing on my past work experience and asking some questions that left me speechless. For example, because I had previous administrative, AU part-time, and retail store experience, they asked, “Why don’t you look for a sales position?” (If I wanted to do sales, I wouldn’t have applied for an internal office position...)
After several questions that weren’t really questions, I waited for the manager of the Information Department to interview me.
I thought the manager was excellent!
He clearly explained the job responsibilities, how the company’s processes run from receiving an order, the different stages of work in the Information Department, the cycles, and so on.
His explanations were so detailed that there wasn’t much else to ask about.
The final questions were, “Do you have any other interviews?”
and “Are the other interviews also for related positions?”
(Even just based on this, I felt he was more HR than HR! Because this allowed him to confirm whether I clearly understood my job-search direction.)
Finally, I’ll share the salary and benefits.
Regarding benefits: Leave is arranged according to the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration. Saturdays and Sundays off, and public holidays off.
Labor and health insurance, as well as labor pension contributions, are also provided.
(Even these two points alone beat many administrative positions.)
If any other job seekers are interested, you can check the job listing yourselves.

That HR person
1. Basic labor insurance and a leave system are provided.
2. Colleagues are all very friendly.
3. You can always leave work on time, and there is no company social group.
1. It feels a bit like a military school (employees have to clean the company premises; if you eat lunch provided by the company, everyone has to sit together and eat in the hall upstairs, like a traditional banquet; at the weekly all-company meeting, employees must line up by department).
2. There is a duty roster system (before leaving work, you have to collect and take out the trash; when clients visit, you have to make tea).
3. The environment is very dull (闲聊 is not allowed except about work-related matters, mobile phones cannot be used, and it feels somewhat like you are being watched while working).
4. Senior employees and the boss have very traditional and conservative mindsets.
A company with salaries so low you can’t imagine it. To make ends meet, every employee has no choice but to slack off as much as possible and work overtime to earn overtime pay. It’s truly a company that wastes your life. The inspection position is an especially terrible job. One particular woman spends all day focusing on internal power struggles, as if she’s afraid someone will take this position away from her. Yet, ironically, this is a lousy company, which makes the whole situation utterly laughable. In short, as long as this woman is here, there is nothing but misery in this department. I advise everyone not even to come for an interview—it would only waste your time.
