Read the community guidelinesWhen I interviewed at the Hsinchu office, the interviewer and HR were very friendly, and the atmosphere among the other staff was also very harmonious.
Although I was accepted for another job and did not plan to go, my interview experience with this company was positive.
I heard that employees may occasionally be assigned to other work locations (the company provides free local train tickets). Due to personal reasons, I was unable to accommodate this requirement.
1. Free coffee to your heart's content.
2. Convenient transportation for commuting to and from work.
1. The supervisor does not know how to train new employees! For example: After completing the document processing, you submit it to your direct supervisor, but the direct supervisor does not conduct any checks at all and sends it directly to upper management for review, which subsequently leads to a series of problems.
2. Sometimes the supervisor's approach differs from what upper management intends. Whenever a problem arises, the people below are made to take the blame.
3. I don't know whether the supervisor can't remember colleagues' names or does it deliberately, but they always say, “Hey, you—come over here for a moment,” or “Who prepared the XX report? Go call that person over here.” It makes people feel that the supervisors at this company do not respect others very much!
The salary isn't the highest, but there are many good managers.
