The colleagues are all very nice and willing to help each other and share new knowledge.
There are too many product lines, and most of them don’t seem to have much of a future
There’s quite a gap between reality and what I imagined before joining
As for the details, you may still need to ask the senior veterans who have been here since the Delta Electronics days
You can drink red wine
The actual company culture does not match the glamorous startup culture promoted in the media. After actually starting work there, it is no different from a typical company with a traditional hierarchical system. The CEO seems to have many outside engagements and often uses company resources for private investment matters (M-brand masks, Tianx Tong). They do not devote much thought to managing the company. Another major problem is that some managers lack professional competence but do not sufficiently respect the abilities and suggestions of their professional subordinates.
The company atmosphere is open and lively
Willing to offer good salaries and hardware equipment
There are no profitable products, yet the company keeps making grand promises and burning through money
There is no operational strategy or planning. The boss seeks attention merely to raise the company’s profile
During fundraising, they claimed that the outlook was promising and that the share price would rise from NT$1 to at least over NT$20
It is now only NT$0.06
The financial reports are unclear. As an investor, I have lost all my capital, and I have not received any financial reports for two consecutive years
Despite having no profits or orders, the company imitates other large enterprises by giving bonuses, raises, recruiting, expanding, holding events, and providing snacks and red wine
You are highly intelligent, but please stop starting companies or working as a consultant and harming others
Find a job and just work diligently
The boss spends all day playing politics, going back and forth between the blue and green camps.
The company has no core product whatsoever; it simply burns money.
Riding on Google's halo while moving around Taiwan's narrow IT industry.
Employees have an extremely strong sense of commitment to the product. Work is not forcibly assigned; you have to take the initiative to find work and strive to produce results. There are no major restrictions on taking leave, and the salary allows you to live very comfortably in Kaohsiung. Employees are valued, and full-time employees are basically provided with two monitors (in the software industry, this is the equipment allocation that has made me feel the most productive at work).
A startup company, so it is unstable.
