Read the community guidelinesThere are two drinks, but you can only have them depending on the shift supervisor’s mood.
You have to learn both the cashier and counter roles within one hour. When working the register, you have to constantly promote Mother’s Day cakes and the food in the pastry display. If you don’t promote them, they’ll tell you that you’re not selling them, and those items will be discarded in the trash that evening.
New employees’ mistakes are directly berated in front of customers until they cry. They expect you to remember everything after telling you only once, even though you have to memorize more than 100 things in a day.

It’s completely impossible to plan your time.
You can drink lots of coffee

American-style management provides training for every position.
A results-based system—there are always three reports to submit after work, and time spent writing reports doesn’t count. The “buy one, get one free” promotion comes without a pay raise. On typhoon days, you’re expected to risk your life to come to work at a location that takes 20 minutes to commute to. Store managers are promoted based on how well they talk, not because they have particularly strong abilities.
