There are two drinks, but you can only have them depending on the shift supervisor’s mood.
You have to learn both the cashier and counter roles within one hour. When working the register, you have to constantly promote Mother’s Day cakes and the food in the pastry display. If you don’t promote them, they’ll tell you that you’re not selling them, and those items will be discarded in the trash that evening.
New employees’ mistakes are directly berated in front of customers until they cry. They expect you to remember everything after telling you only once, even though you have to memorize more than 100 things in a day.
You can only get water or use the restroom during your break, and the shift supervisor decides when you can take a break.
They expect you to memorize their recipes after work or on your days off.
