????
During the interview, I was told:
“Our company follows the Labor Standards Act, but there is no overtime pay.”
After working for about a week, I felt unable to accept the position of responsibility system and submitted my resignation. As a result, my supervisor berated me for more than three hours. Because he did not know what else to criticize me for, he attacked my religious beliefs, and I had to listen for more than three hours to “Jesus is fake.”
I wish this director continued success in his career, and I also hope your company can respect employees from different backgrounds and their religious beliefs.

The area outside the company is really lousy.
It looks like there is no employee parking lot.
The supervisor probably just writes their name on the wall: this is my spot.
Do regular employees have to come early in the morning to compete for parking spaces?
The salary is genuinely negotiated as an annual salary, with a fixed-responsibility system and no overtime pay.
They expect an RD applicant to take responsibility for all sorts of things.
They must be looking for a super employee.
The company wants to switch from pneumatic handheld power tools to electric ones
Work is based on a responsibility system
No overtime pay
Salary is negotiated as an annual salary
Even if the company makes a huge profit
They still only pay the annual salary agreed upon at the beginning
Position: Worker
Salary: Starting at 21,000; it only increases with overtime pay.
They do follow the Labor Standards Act, but applicants for this position should be mentally prepared: the work is very demanding, and the longtime employees are difficult to get along with. During the interview, they said the company only occasionally requires overtime, but basically, you should expect to work overtime every day.
