Pros

(Xizhi Branch Nutritionist)

The happiest job I’ve had since starting my career—I highly recommend it.

The management is people-oriented. You can express your own ideas, and they’ll also let you try doing what you want to do.

When unexpected situations arise and additional support is needed, they provide equivalent or even higher compensation and benefits as a gesture of appreciation! (Amazing)

You can leave work on time every day. As long as your vacation request complies with the rules agreed upon at the beginning, you can discuss it with your supervisor at any time. (Great)

Everyone is easy to get along with, so every day can be a happy one.

Accommodation is provided. The dormitory is very new and has an administrator.

The surrounding amenities are excellent!

Cons

It rains frequently.

Starting salaries in the hospital system are generally low, and promotions are also difficult, so I left to work in the industry.

Otherwise, this really is a very ideal work environment >W<

Pros

After submitting your résumé, if you meet the qualifications, they will not send a notification through 104; instead, they will call you directly to inform you of the interview time.

The director and team leader conducting the interview were both very friendly. They also explained the salary, benefits, and shift scheduling in great detail, proactively informing the interviewee of both the advantages and disadvantages of the job.

The offered salary is around NT$25,000, with Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival bonuses, as well as an annual bonus. However, because the position requires shift scheduling, there is also additional overtime pay and allowances. Although it is a five-day workweek, attendance is required every Saturday morning. You can choose either compensatory leave or overtime pay.

Cons

I had no previous experience working in a hospital, so I felt that the working hours were somewhat long. Sometimes a shift may last more than twelve hours (although the legally required overtime pay and allowances or leave were provided). Uniforms are required, and after being hired, you must pay for your own health examination.
