The director and team leader conducting the interview were both very friendly. They also explained the salary, benefits, and shift scheduling in great detail, proactively informing the interviewee of both the advantages and disadvantages of the job.
The offered salary is around NT$25,000, with Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival bonuses, as well as an annual bonus. However, because the position requires shift scheduling, there is also additional overtime pay and allowances. Although it is a five-day workweek, attendance is required every Saturday morning. You can choose either compensatory leave or overtime pay.
I had no previous experience working in a hospital, so I felt that the working hours were somewhat long. Sometimes a shift may last more than twelve hours (although the legally required overtime pay and allowances or leave were provided). Uniforms are required, and after being hired, you must pay for your own health examination.
