Read the community guidelines(Their graphic design department) has absolutely no system. It consists of a female manager named Cookie who sucks up to foreigners and seems very happy doing so. Their employees do not respect her at all and only put on an act. A disgusting little unit.
They're basically just a group of gender-nonconforming people loafing around and waiting to die. They claim to be very busy, but they're actually all busy with their own affairs.
Air conditioning, drinking water
The quality of the people inside is low, and there are many gangsters. They sell it for 1,688 per hour—do you think you would buy it?
It feels like the only benefit is having air conditioning.
The interviewer seemed inexplicably rushed. Apparently, they also screen applicants based on appearance and require employees to wear makeup and look presentable at work. Before I had even prepared all the necessary documents, they kept urging me to hurry up and get a medical examination so they could fit in the training dates.
I really wonder whether anyone actually wants to sign people up for memberships every day.
You can work out using the company’s equipment
After working there for a while, you can work out at World Gym locations nationwide
Greatly improves your stress tolerance
Very easy to get hired
The working hours are extremely long and stressful,
and after work you still need your supervisor’s approval and signature,
when the supervisor is busy with clients, you just sit there waiting,
wasting time with no benefit to performance
or self-improvement,
People in performance-based roles simply won’t want to work out there,
and many employees would rather pay monthly fees to work out at other gyms
than exercise at their own facility.
Not to mention the employees who do not exercise at all,
despite all the claims about how good the exercise facilities are, very few employees actually work out
They make the promises look much bigger than they really are.
A terrible group that seriously violates labor laws (Google it yourself—there are countless cases). During pre-sales, working until 1:30 a.m. after starting at 9:30 a.m. every day is standard. Even if you meet your performance targets, you still have to cooperate with the team = =. Bonuses are always paid late, and it is extremely difficult to take sick leave for physical ailments. Please take care of yourself before joining.
Training resilience
Practicing public speaking
Unreasonable working hours and an incompetent management training system. A good salesperson is not necessarily a good manager. Merely pressuring employees to meet targets and forcing them to work overtime will not actually improve performance. Moreover, the market is truly saturated now. Those considering becoming salespeople should be mentally prepared—the money is no longer that easy to earn.
A company with an inflated sense of self-importance
I am a WG employee
As if having me work overtime every day during my pregnancy wasn't enough,
when I gave birth, they not only refused to approve my parental leave,
but my supervisor verbally pressured and threatened me all day, forcing me to fill out a resignation form???
What should I do......
No advantages at all
Constantly exploiting employees~For the sake of meeting performance targets~managers require sales staff and trainers to pay out of pocket for courses~and cover members’ administrative fees to get them to join~To deal with the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day policy~employees are forced to clock in within 45 minutes before starting work~and clock out within 45 minutes after finishing work~If the time limit is exceeded~the company system will automatically delete your clock-in record~and you will be considered absent without leave for that day~with your wages deducted as well~Although trainers and sales staff clearly arrive at work at 9 a.m.~to avoid paying overtime~they are not allowed to clock in until 12 p.m.~After clocking out at 9 p.m.~they are still required to stay until after 10 p.m. before they can leave~
There are no advantages whatsoever; unquestionably a scam operation.
Excessive working hours, being forced to falsify time-clock records, and meetings held after hours
An unreasonable commission system for class fees, resulting in people selling classes without teaching them, or constantly changing coaches
Treating employees as cannon fodder and disposable commodities, using new hires to consume the classes sold by veteran employees, turning new hires into people who make money for a few entrenched veterans
Deceiving members by hiring unlicensed, inexperienced coaches to teach classes
Forcing half of the class-fee sales performance to be given to someone else, causing veterans to sell to clients while new hires teach the classes; the people doing the unreasonable amount of teaching end up with no money.
