Pros
They make the promises look much bigger than they really are.
Cons
A terrible group that seriously violates labor laws (Google it yourself—there are countless cases). During pre-sales, working until 1:30 a.m. after starting at 9:30 a.m. every day is standard. Even if you meet your performance targets, you still have to cooperate with the team = =. Bonuses are always paid late, and it is extremely difficult to take sick leave for physical ailments.
