Read the community guidelinesIt depends on the department and supervisor.
Most people are quite nice; it's basically a company where you can coast until retirement.
The longer your tenure, the better the benefits.
Suitable for people who don't want to work hard and prefer to live a stable life.
It's very difficult to get overtime approved.
When there are problems, supervisors don't intend to solve them. They just keep emphasizing, "Hang in there a little longer; it'll be over soon."
Then people end up damaging their health, and a lot of them resign.
The most important reason is that the pay is too low and doesn't match the workload.
The stronger your abilities, the more work you get.
But you can't move up. You just watch people around you who are less capable and have fewer responsibilities earn the same as you while enjoying an easier time.
Happened to get a good manager in the department
Learned a lot, and the atmosphere was good too
The salary is really ridiculously low
It might fool fresh graduates
But you really shouldn’t expect much of a raise
Interview experience sharing
1. The overall interview experience was very good. The HR representative was friendly and approachable, and took the time to understand the candidate’s past experience.
2. The company is fairly large, and it felt very good entering the company.
3. Even though I was not selected, I still received a thank-you email from HR. I’ll come back and interview again when I have more capabilities.
None for now
The office environment is clean and pleasant, and there is plenty of employee training.
The salary is low, and the benefits keep getting cut. The HR manager always looks sour and won’t even look people in the eye. It’s difficult to advance, and even if you want to change companies, you won’t be competitive. Young people should probably not consider it.
