During the interview, they said the evening shift would start at 1:00 p.m., but because they have been understaffed for a long time, it is almost always a full-day shift from 11:00 a.m. until closing at 10:00 p.m.

The interview took place right next to the company entrance rather than in a meeting room. It felt a bit strange being in an open space, with people coming and going nearby.
Shift work is required (occasional support for events and stores is needed on holidays).
The starting salary is a base salary of 21K plus allowances, totaling 25K, and becomes 26K after one month.
The expected salary did not match, yet they still conducted the interview, which was a bit baffling.
