The position interviewed for was an operations department assistant.
The interviewer was very friendly and provided a lot of information.
They mentioned that there is room for an annual salary increase and that they hold tasting events and similar activities, so the company atmosphere seems pretty good?
The interview took place right next to the company entrance rather than in a meeting room. It felt a bit strange being in an open space, with people coming and going nearby.
Shift work is required (occasional support for events and stores is needed on holidays).
The starting salary is a base salary of 21K plus allowances, totaling 25K, and becomes 26K after one month.
The expected salary did not match, yet they still conducted the interview, which was a bit baffling.
