Pros

1. The colleagues at the grassroots level are all very easy to get along with.

Cons

1. The position interviewed for was an internship. During the interview, they said that labor and health insurance would be provided, but they were not provided after the internship ended.

2. I gave a copy of my bank passbook to my supervisor, but when it was time to receive my salary, they said they had not received it, resulting in a delay in receiving my salary.

Pros

Don't know

Cons

The products are really old-fashioned. The props used during the livestreams are much tackier than those of ordinary small sellers, and the video production, graphic design, and livestreaming are all very substandard. I feel sorry for the people who used to work here! Companies like this, with their so-called royal connections, are basically all the same: greedy and self-protective, very traditional, and unable to accept new marketing approaches. These companies are narrow-minded, exploit their employees, and don't know how to reflect on themselves. They won't last much longer.

Pros

If I really have to mention a pro, I can barely convince myself that it offers opportunities to learn about various aspects, and then move on to a better company.

Cons

I applied for a design assistant position, but to put it bluntly, it involves handling everything from design to uploading. That’s not a problem—I can accept it—but they told me that overtime would mean working until 8 or 9 p.m., and that I would still have to work if a client contacted me on Saturdays. None of this comes with overtime pay. They also said I would need to help with livestreams and make videos. The salary is so low it feels insulting! It’s completely impossible to survive in Taipei!

Pros

The frontline colleagues are all quite NICE.

Cons

The company cannot retain young employees.

The job responsibilities described during the interview only increase after you actually join the company; they never decrease.

I often encounter problems with execution at work. Some managers can only reply that they don't know, leaving new employees who have only recently joined to figure things out themselves.

The managers don't act like managers. When senior management loses their temper and lashes out during meetings, the frontline employees attending the meetings end up taking the blame.

During meetings, senior management tells new employees who are still on probation to shoulder the responsibility for performance and the future, and also tells frontline employees to reflect on how to improve performance issues.

It is extremely common for a manager to suddenly say, only after the scheduled end of the workday, that a certain work item (XXX) is urgent and must be completed immediately that same day.

Frontline employees work overtime almost every day.

(The complaints posted by victims from other years at this company are all true. It is easy to imagine how many years these conditions have persisted........)

Pros

Traditional company, very old-fashioned thinking. The managers generally don't pay much attention, but when they do think of you, it's a huge ordeal!

Cons

This is only a subsidiary, with the parent company, Lai X Fo, as well. The two sides are always covering for each other, and what you need to do will absolutely go beyond what was discussed during your interview. The parent company owner's wife exploits employees endlessly!! Terrifying~~ There are often soap-opera-like dramas between managers, whose purpose is to make you leave.

(When they feel you are no longer useful, that's when you will have to endure their scheming.

If you are under 50 years old, do not come here and waste your life. You will learn nothing and only be exploited!

If you are just a junior employee, you will have more than three supervisors, and you will have more than three areas to deal with as well!

If your skills are limited to A, they will not tell you during the interview. Once you join the company, you will be forced to have skills B, C, D... endless exploitation!

If you want to take on the challenge under these conditions, go for it! Best wishes!

Pros

1. The company environment is beautiful

Cons

1. I arrived at the agreed interview time, but had to wait about 20 minutes.

2. After 20 minutes, the interviewing supervisor came downstairs and only said, “Wait a moment” (in a very rough voice), then started talking to another male employee in a very coquettish voice.

3. After half an hour, they sent the accounting lady who had initially received me to conduct the interview.

At the beginning, I was asked to fill out personnel information. Despite having agreed on a time, they did not conduct the interview punctually and instead sent an accounting staff member to interview me.

Pros

Managerial infighting is like a SET TV soap opera.

Cons

Strict rules require employees to wear the brand’s plaid clothing to work; if they refuse, they are accused of lacking team spirit.

Pros

They offer a high salary but work you to death.

They offer a low salary and treat you like a servant.

Cons

Most senior managers draw high salaries, but you at the bottom have to shoulder the responsibility for everything—carry the performance burden, take the blame for failures, and bear the future.

In this company, there are more managers than employees. You can imagine what that’s like.

Pros

If you have the ability, you can confidently ask for a higher salary.

Cons

Most managers are hardly competent—they’re all talk.

The workload is exceptionally heavy; be prepared to sacrifice your youthful liver.

Some colleagues are connected to the powers that be and slack off at work…

Please think twice before joining.
