Professor Liao〇Hua, during your tenure at Tatung University, it would be bad enough if the courses you taught were poor, but you always believed that only your teaching was correct. You even compared other students with your own doctoral students—putting down other students will not make your students better, will it? The research assistants exploited by you are truly pitiful: they work themselves to death for very little pay each month. Before someone left, you even went to the accounting office to pressure the accountant, relying on your high-ranking position to force someone to do something illegal. You altered accounting documents so that the person could not receive that month’s salary. Who knows whether you pocketed the money or used it elsewhere? Doing things so devoid of character and ethics—how are you any different from a thief or robber? You even had someone design a poster for your child’s junior-high school parents’ association, showing that you do not understand the relationship between teachers and students or the meaning of a research assistant. You are shameless to the extreme. Later, you went to teach at National Taipei University of Business, and because you have no students or ethics in your heart, you are the same wherever you go. Your direct supervisor also lacked the magnanimity to accept criticism and guidance from others, and could only spout a bunch of high-sounding bullshit. After behaving improperly, the person involved hid behind others and did not dare face the problem, acting as though it were perfectly reasonable. No wonder the upper beam is crooked and the lower beams follow suit. You degrade yourself while misleading students and wasting other people’s lives. What excellent school faculty.
1. Close to bus and MRT stations
2. None
1. No annual salary increases, no bonuses at the three major holidays, and no overtime pay (only compensatory leave)
2. High staff turnover
3. Salaries are generally lower than those for similar positions at other schools
4. Citing declining birth rates, the school plans to progressively "downsize," "streamline," and "refine" its operations. Applicants seeking long-term job stability should consider this carefully.
5. The male director of the center has poor management skills, let alone leadership abilities. He has rigid thinking and cannot accept discussions or opinions about work. He handles matters unfairly and applies inconsistent standards, and deliberately finds fault with individuals who hold different opinions. He focuses entirely on the person rather than the issue. Those who are passionate about their work should evaluate this opportunity carefully.
Conclusion: This is a suitable workplace for people who do not consider career prospects or development, do not care about a poor workplace atmosphere, and simply want a temporarily available, unstable, low-income job without leaving Taipei City.
Those who are capable, have ideas, are honest and upright, or hope to make use of their strengths should think very carefully. Think very carefully. Think very carefully.
