I haven't even had an interview yet, but they called me twice.
The first time, they asked whether I could accept the working hours. The second time, they wanted me to confirm that I had a long commitment to the company. When I asked about the salary, they asked me in return what compensation I expected. I answered, and they said that I would receive that compensation if I performed well in the interview. I asked twice more how much the minimum salary would be if my interview performance was average but I was hired; both times, they answered, “It depends on performance,” and again demanded that I promise a long commitment. I clearly told them that they were deliberately withholding even the salary information while asking me to commit before I had even interviewed, which was unreasonable. So there was no point in wasting each other’s time on an interview.
A secretive company that is difficult to communicate with.
1. The boss is quite friendly toward employees, which makes the atmosphere feel comfortable.
There is no obvious condescending attitude from management toward staff.
2. Everyone among the colleagues is nice, and there is no exclusion or ostracism.
In principle, everyone helps one another.
3. The office atmosphere is good.
1. You cannot earn bonuses at this company—in other words, you basically cannot make any money and can only receive the base salary. Although the base salary is higher than the industry average, capable employees will really feel disillusioned here because they can foresee that they will only ever receive the base salary.
2. The manager scolds people in front of everyone. I am talking about the male manager York!!! He really does berate you in front of the entire team. If you talk back to him, he will say that he will fail you in your evaluation, which means he will make you resign! Then, while you are about to leave, he will discuss in front of everyone which person would be better to interview as your replacement. He has absolutely no respect for you. If you are not used to being yelled at at work, do not come here! You will be very unhappy!!!!!
3. The client list here is obviously quite poor, so people who dislike making phone calls will end up questioning their entire life.

The interview process was extremely drawn out because the interviewers kept arriving late. They set the interview time, so it was difficult for me to reschedule other commitments and arrive on time. One person being late would have been understandable, but all three were late at different times and each had their own reasons. It was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee.
