Although it was quite a long time ago, joining this company was the most regrettable decision of my life.
I worked on the production line. It was the first company I had seen where people slacked off during work hours and worked hard after hours. Strangely, the company seemed to really like employees working overtime, so regular employees would hide in equipment cabinets and sleep, then come back at night to work until 8–9 p.m. and falsely claim overtime pay. At the annual year-end party, there was even an award for whoever had worked the most overtime hours. It was terrifying to see. If you want to live at the company all day and cheat the company out of overtime pay, you can join.
Honestly, I feel that people who participate in this kind of system basically think differently from people outside it.
It is a place suited for people who have no other options and only time left.
I am truly grateful that I left the company right away. Now I have partnered with others to start a company. If I had not left, the only thing I could have bragged about in this life would have been working overtime for the company for my entire life.
The interviewer’s quality and conduct... It’s understandable that they haven’t heard of National Formosa University, but there’s no need to snap at the interviewee: “You’re lying. What kind of new school is this? I’ve never even heard of it!” They directly snapped at the interviewee: “Yunlin Institute of Technology is YunTech, not National Formosa University. Why are you lying?” The facts can be looked up. The interviewee had no reason to lie about this, and this isn’t important anyway. The point is, if you think the school is lousy, why invite someone to an interview?

The interviewer’s quality and demeanor... It’s fine if you haven’t heard of National Formosa University, but there’s no need to snap at the interviewee: “You’re lying. What kind of new school is this? Why are you lying?” The facts can be looked up; the interviewee had no need to lie to you about this, and this isn’t important either. The point is, if you think the school is bad, why invite people to interview?

None
Suitable for people without ambition who want to earn a low salary comfortably for the rest of their lives.
When something goes wrong between departments, they shift the blame onto one another. Personal relationships matter more than getting things done, and rule by people outweighs rule of law. A pile of meaningless procedures wastes time and resources, while internal and external problems are both severe.
Uncertain; the conditions discussed during the interview all complied with the Labor Standards Act.
During the interview, the interviewer indicated that I could be hired and asked me to wait a few days for notification of when I could start work. However, after a week passed without any response, I called to ask and only then found out that I had not been hired. This was dishonest.
