The interviewer’s quality and demeanor... It’s fine if you haven’t heard of National Formosa University, but there’s no need to snap at the interviewee: “You’re lying. What kind of new school is this? I’ve never even heard of it!” They directly snapped at the interviewee: “Yunlin Institute of Technology is National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, not National Formosa University. Why are you lying?” The facts can be looked up; the interviewee had no need to lie to you about this, and this isn’t important either. The point is, if you think the school is bad, why invite people to interview?
