During the interview, they told me they really needed this kind of talent to join and help out, but after I joined, things were different from what they had originally said. I was also required to go to a branch to learn the taste and texture of the various breads. I was already seriously memorizing the names and textures of the breads, but that same evening, HR told me that the branch manager thought I might not be suitable for the job. They also said that my supervisor and the owner’s wife had said I was unsuitable. What’s more, my supervisor had never actually taught me anything, so what right did they have to say that? I’d like to ask: Who doesn’t start from zero? How could they dismiss me like that?
I really hope this company goes bankrupt soon.

There isn't much to learn
A good company enables employees to streamline processes and work more efficiently, rather than burdening them with complicated procedures at every turn.
No one is perfect, yet you fine us for every damn trivial matter. When the office makes mistakes, there are no fines—double standards. Major or minor issues all incur a minimum fine of 500. Ever heard of the principle of proportionality? A hundred or two hundred would be enough for minor issues, while 500 is reasonable for serious ones. There are so many unreasonable demands. When the office makes mistakes on exception reports, they don’t get written up. Aren’t you very good at issuing them? Issue them to your own people!!!!
