There are always some people who are very idle, while others are working themselves to the bone.
But in reality, the hard-working people don't get paid more.
Miscellaneous tasks are dumped on lower-level employees; no technical training is provided, naturally leading to a high turnover rate.
The HR department posts job openings that aren't actually open.
A job opening can sit there for years, wasting job seekers' time
Only with the base salary plus perfect attendance bonus does it reach the minimum wage; in addition, the company does not provide meals.
