This company has been hiring since January and was still hiring when I resigned. My only impression from the interview was that people from other departments love to report you to management when they see you doing anything outside of your work. The manager also said during the interview: even after finishing your work, you still have to watch out for people from other departments. Why are people from different departments still fighting among themselves like this?
You also have to make every effort to share your own ideas during meetings so that the boss can see your enthusiasm....
In short, it is a workplace with extremely serious internal conflicts.

The people in the Operations Department are of very poor quality.
They try to intimidate you on your very first day at work.
They impose all kinds of outdated, pointless rules that employees are expected to follow.
They speak loudly all the time,
as if they had made significant contributions to the company.
This traditional industry company shows very little respect for the Marketing Department.
If you are interested in working in sales,
and know how to curry favor with the boss/directors
and echo your supervisor’s opinions,
this company is a good fit for you.
Otherwise, staying for a long time is just a waste of time.
They hold meetings all day long,
but ultimately never resolve any substantive issues.
None—how has it not gone under yet?
1. Positions are not filled when vacancies arise, or management claims it cannot bear to raise the base salary to hire dedicated staff, resulting in a perpetual state of recruitment and requiring one person to do the work of several.
2. Poor work-life balance. There is no overtime pay, and taking leave requires going through obstacle after obstacle.
3. Frequent, lengthy, pointless meetings with no clear focus, while issues remain difficult to resolve.
4. Disrespect for professional expertise.
5. Unwillingness to accept subordinates’ opinions.
6. Managers lack accountability and are very good at shifting the blame.
7. They try every possible way to deduct from employees’ salaries and treat employees extremely poorly, as if employees did not each have families to take care of.
