Contract position, renewed annually; many details were not clearly explained

Video interview; the HR representative's attitude was extremely poor.
First, they gave an extremely casual explanation of the job duties and location (they were unwilling to say where exactly the location was and told me to look it up myself). Then they began asking each interviewee about their reasons for leaving their previous jobs; one interviewee who was somewhat older was even mocked.
Finally, HR asked, “Do you have any other questions?” Generally speaking, during an interview, you should ask as many questions as possible to better understand the job. But that was not the case here! As soon as you asked anything, regardless of what it was, you would be berated: “You should have looked up this information yourself before the interview,” “I think you people just overthink things, which is why you keep looking for jobs,” and “Why do you need to ask these questions?” Simply put, they only want obedient good little candidates who will accept their fate, listen, and never push back!
Unless you are truly desperate for money, I do not recommend going to this interview and wasting your time.

The interview was scheduled at a 7-Eleven in a government office.
The interviewer failed to show up for no reason. When I called to inquire, they said they had already left work.
I looked up information about the company online.
It was all negative reviews.
Please don't waste your life going to the interview.

Before applying, I saw this website and thought that, since it had been exposed in 2018, there would have been improvements. There were absolutely none. I interviewed for an administrative, back-office position, but on the day I reported for work, they told me I would have to travel to other counties and cities to work elsewhere. It had completely turned into an outdoor position. The person who interviewed me was a Ms. Huang, but on the day I reported for work, just as described in the article, it was a man in his fifties wearing a suit. The job duties he explained to me were completely different. This was absolutely a scam. He had not even looked at my résumé or known what position I had applied for. His attitude was flippant. He also told me to wait for further notice and that I might not necessarily be hired. I was initially told I had been hired, but then it became a different position, and I still had to wait to find out whether I was hired. How ridiculous. I had originally been accepted by another company, but because I was accepted by this one, I turned the other company down. They completely wasted half a month of my time and made me start looking for jobs and attending interviews all over again. This was absolutely a job-search interview scam.

Employees are encouraged to work hard to achieve their performance targets, and they can receive gift vouchers.
Many of this company's rules were not clearly explained during the initial interview. By the time I worked hard enough to discover the adjusted working hours, I had already been foolishly deceived for a month. At first, I thought it was pretty good, but later I felt there were more and more problems. The management system also feels a lot like a prison: when it's time, you are let out for meals; when the time is up, you return to work. You are not allowed to talk or do anything else while working.
The company's rules also appear to be clear, but in reality, they basically failed to explain what should have been explained. They said that 133 per hour multiplied by the number of working days (without taking leave for a month) would amount to 23,000. However, colleagues who did not take leave earned only a little over 21,000 a month. What happened to the promised 23,000 from the interview? The bonuses were also not clearly explained. At first, they kept saying there were bonuses, but as soon as I joined, performance was calculated based on the number of items processed. If you failed to meet the performance target, the shortfall would continue to accumulate until you had made up the negative performance balance; only then would you receive a bonus. I did not discover this ugly truth until I received my salary in the third month and was about to resign, when the team leader finally said that the previously missed targets had to be offset before my bonus would begin to be calculated and paid. If they should have explained things honestly and clearly but did not, are we really the ones to blame for not asking clearly enough?
