Many of this company's rules were not clearly explained during the initial interview. By the time I worked hard enough to discover the adjusted working hours, I had already been foolishly deceived for a month. At first, I thought it was pretty good, but later I felt there were more and more problems. The management system also feels a lot like a prison: when it's time, you are let out for meals; when the time is up, you return to work. You are not allowed to talk or do anything else while working.
The company's rules also appear to be clear, but in reality, they basically failed to explain what should have been explained. They said that 133 per hour multiplied by the number of working days (without taking leave for a month) would amount to 23,000. However, colleagues who did not take leave earned only a little over 21,000 a month. What happened to the promised 23,000 from the interview? The bonuses were also not clearly explained. At first, they kept saying there were bonuses, but as soon as I joined, performance was calculated based on the number of items processed. If you failed to meet the performance target, the shortfall would continue to accumulate until you had made up the negative performance balance; only then would you receive a bonus. I did not discover this ugly truth until I received my salary in the third month and was about to resign, when the team leader finally said that the previously missed targets had to be offset before my bonus would begin to be calculated and paid. If they should have explained things honestly and clearly but did not, are we really the ones to blame for not asking clearly enough?
