Read the community guidelines- People are very friendly
- If they are assisting with a contract position, they will try to negotiate a slightly higher rate for you XD
- Conceptually, it is essentially staffing, whether you are stationed on-site or working as a contract employee for another company
- The photos of the environment differ somewhat from what you actually see in reality XD
- They mentioned that after completing one year, they provide a computer subsidy of NT$24,000, but were slightly vague about providing a computer
This could potentially be a bring-your-own-tools situation XD
It is essentially an on-site position.
There are no benefits such as the three traditional holiday bonuses or year-end bonuses,
because they have all been included in the base salary.
Even at the junior level, there is a chance of earning a monthly salary of over 70k.
Generally, on-site work does not involve much overtime,
so you finish work at a fixed time every day.
Because there are fewer benefits and activities,
it can feel particularly lonely.
If you can adapt to working alone,
this job can serve as a stepping stone (with a high monthly salary).

The interview only covered what the company does; they didn’t even ask about the technical aspects or anything on my résumé.
It felt really bad—an absolute waste of time traveling there.
