Pros
- People are very friendly
- If they are assisting with a contract position, they will try to negotiate a slightly higher rate for you XD
Cons
- Conceptually, it is essentially staffing, whether you are stationed on-site or working as a contract employee for another company
- The photos of the environment differ somewhat from what you actually see in reality XD
- They mentioned that after completing one year, they provide a computer subsidy of NT$24,000, but were slightly vague about providing a computer
This could potentially be a bring-your-own-tools situation XD
