Pros

The Taipei Operations Office is in a great location (near the intersection of Nanjing East Road and Dunhua North Road, close to the Wang X Hotel, on the sixth floor of the San X Plastic X Building)—that's the only positive thing.

Cons

They have many subsidiaries, making it very easy for uninformed young people to be deceived, but they are nothing more than a direct-selling pyramid scheme!!!!

IMDb Taiwan X Jinlong, Gao X Zhifu Academy, and Selen X Pute Marketing Design are all their subsidiaries. If you receive an interview invitation, do not go under any circumstances!

1. The company's senior executives and managers are all followers of the Eggplant Cult. Without believing in it, you have no chance of being promoted; raises and promotions are all a joke.

2. The company has a huge number of subsidiaries that open and close repeatedly. Employee turnover is frighteningly high. The boss only listens to the COO and other managers and never looks at employee performance. If you don't obey, you will quickly be blacklisted and forced to leave.

3. The first three-month probationary period is contract employment (so if you quit, they don't have to pay severance, haha). As soon as you join, you are forced to sign a pile of illegal contract documents, all of which only benefit the company; otherwise, they threaten to sue employees. They also force employees to sign a uniform deduction consent form (the uniform is an extremely ugly purple), and if you don't complete the three months, they deduct NT$900 for the uniform and NT$6,000 for the suit, which completely violates the Labor Standards Act.

4. The manager of one of the company's digital marketing subsidiaries is extremely unprofessional. An outsider leads insiders and makes a complete mess. They only think about the company, make things difficult for subordinates, and never consider their subordinates' circumstances. The most ridiculous part is that they know absolutely nothing about marketing design yet are responsible for marketing design. They only give employees vague concepts, and if the finished work does not meet their expectations, they blame you for lacking creativity and professionalism. They have no aesthetic sense and do not understand design concepts at all. Everything in the manager's head is repetitive and ugly. Working there is simply a waste of life; employees will not make any progress.

5. The company's COO is actually the manager behind the scenes. Although there are many subsidiaries, she is the one who actually manages them all. The other managers are merely her mouthpieces, constantly making things difficult for employees and issuing unreasonable requests after work, telling employees to finish them that same day. They later deny and completely overturn everything they originally told you, then place all the blame on the employee.

If you don't obey the manager, you will be regarded as one of the uncooperative group. Even when going out to buy lunch, you have to log out of LINE on your computer. The manager and their followers will also pretend to casually walk near you to secretly look at your LINE. If you don't obey the manager, you will be viewed as a pest to the company. The manager will bad-mouth you in front of senior executives, then quickly drive you out, believing that you are “leading other employees astray.”

Finally, I sincerely hope there will be no more victims foolishly joining this company. If you unfortunately join, make sure to keep all the evidence you should, so they can't mess with you, and then escape as quickly as possible!!!!

Pros

The company’s location is in a pretty good area.

Cons

It feels like the managers have been checking this website, since many of the descriptions about the job seem to be responses aimed specifically at what’s written here. It seems to be a company that doesn’t really know what it wants to do. They said a lot of things, but what left the deepest impression on me was that the company’s senior management really likes year-end parties. After the entire interview, I felt like I had somehow wandered into a fantasy world.

Pros

At first, it may seem like a good place because no one trains you or manages you. After managing your work independently, you can leave on time.

Cons

The company is frightening. It exploits loopholes in the Labor Standards Act and has many unreasonable regulations. Job seekers, think twice!

Employees who have worked for less than one year are forced to pay for their uniforms (a purple shirt that costs NT$100 at a night market is charged at NT$450...).

As for overtime, overtime pay is never provided on regular workdays. Even when overtime is actually worked, although the written policy says employees can choose overtime pay, in practice supervisors say you can only take compensatory leave. If a supervisor notices that you leave work too early, they will also make negative comments about you behind your back...

Although the company has separate job openings, there is no actual division of responsibilities. If the boss thinks you can be used, they will assign tasks to you arbitrarily, presenting it nicely as an opportunity to train you to become a manager. In reality, they are just stringing employees along. For example, although the organization has HR staff, accountants at each branch are pressured to double as HR personnel. If you do not cooperate with the company, the supervisors above you will simply say that you have given up your own opportunities for promotion and to prove yourself...

The most frightening thing is that the group’s chief operating officer privately establishes certain rules but does not dare put them in writing—for example, coworkers are not allowed to communicate privately or create group chats.

Anyone considering joining should really think it through! Although there are many companies under the group, each with its own supervisors, they are all ultimately managed by the chief operating officer.

No advantages

Cons

The company is weird. Purple-clad religious group. There are a bunch of senior managers, so there are more managers than employees. Everyone is busy with pointless work all day. The boss is stingy and has never reflected on the company's policies. The turnover rate is absurdly high.

Pros

None

Cons

I submitted my résumé last year, and they only notified me this year. If that’s the case, why not just not notify me at all?

Is there really a need to make people wait an entire year like this? They’d have starved to death by then~

They asked me to go for two interviews, only to eventually say that a family member had filled the position. What a joke~
