Read the community guidelinesI worked as a store and logistics center staff member at Kuang Jen Select (I have since resigned due to my career planning).
I worked at Kuang Jen Select for many years and felt that it was an environment filled with love. Working hard alongside people with disabilities was very meaningful. The logistics supervisor was very understanding of the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of team members and took great care of them. The supervisor taught me many things and was an excellent manager. My colleagues were also easy to get along with, and everyone helped one another. If not for my life plans, I would have continued working there indefinitely! Kuang Jen also gave me many opportunities to learn. I really loved Kuang Jen!
1. Job responsibilities were unclear, and there was insufficient staffing.
2. Senior managers did not fully understand logistics operations, which led to incorrect instructions being issued. More communication would be better! Keep up the good work.

Salary is based on educational qualifications, not experience; in short, it starts at 28.
The CEO’s Chinese doesn’t seem to be very good—possibly Vietnamese or Korean or something. They could barely understand what the interviewee was saying.
HR politely said a bunch of things that made the待遇 sound very good, but in reality, it was not good at all.
The supervisor acted as though they were very short-staffed; I heard the turnover rate is very high.
