Pros

Ha, it will train you to endure hardship.

Cons

I worked here during my first few years after entering the workforce. The location was still near National Taiwan University at the time, and it was an advertising company with only four people (the two owners, me, and one part-time student worker), so you had to handle every miscellaneous task: taking out the trash, opening the door, tidying the environment, answering the phone, and so on. Don’t count on the part-time worker, because they wouldn’t come in every day. Once you became more or less accustomed to the job, the two owners would dump a mountain of work on you and go out to “run errands.” Besides the sales agents calling you, the two of them also wouldn’t forget to give you instructions from outside, but you still had to finish the work in your own hands. No matter how much time answering calls and solving problems took, they wouldn’t care. You could end up getting home after midnight, but you still had to arrive on time the next day—or they would deduct money from your salary anyway... And your salary was only around NT$26,000.

They have now moved away from the original address and increased the number of employees (though I don’t know whether they padded the figures~). Anyone considering working there should still think twice.

By the way, their justification for cutting your salary was: as long as a house was sold, you could receive a commission bonus, but the eligibility requirements weren’t as good as you might think. I worked there for over a year and never received that bonus either. XDD

Pros

Unable to find any advantages.

Cons

The bosses are two princesses who treat employees like disposable utensils—using them and throwing them away. The bosses also have very poor sense when it comes to both clients and people in general, whether in terms of aesthetics or how they conduct themselves and handle things. They are constantly making grand promises and talking about the company’s and the industry’s vision.

Employees have to clock in, and lateness results in pay deductions. After work, it becomes a system where employees are expected to take responsibility for rushing to complete drafts and proposals, with no overtime pay. It is the standard mindset of exploitative bosses, with an attitude of “if you don’t do it, there are plenty of people waiting to do it.” The company has no system or structure to speak of; everything is decided by the two princesses.
