The bosses are two princesses who treat employees like disposable utensils—using them and throwing them away. The bosses also have very poor sense when it comes to both clients and people in general, whether in terms of aesthetics or how they conduct themselves and handle things. They are constantly making grand promises and talking about the company’s and the industry’s vision.
Employees have to clock in, and lateness results in pay deductions. After work, it becomes a system where employees are expected to take responsibility for rushing to complete drafts and proposals, with no overtime pay. It is the standard mindset of exploitative bosses, with an attitude of “if you don’t do it, there are plenty of people waiting to do it.” The company has no system or structure to speak of; everything is decided by the two princesses.
