Read the community guidelinesA small number of colleagues are nice (unfortunately, they were all driven to resign).
The female manager of the design department has serious issues. She is arrogant and likes to speak to new employees in a condescending manner. She is also very good at using the silent treatment against colleagues. As several people mentioned above, this is a company that treats employees as disposable chopsticks. More than a dozen people left this small company within a year; that alone shows how abnormal things are. However, if you ask the boss about this during the interview, he will evade the main issue and give a misleadingly incomplete answer. As someone who has been through it, I hope no one else gets deceived, especially inexperienced new graduates.
The office is beautiful.
I’ll paste the conversation directly and let everyone judge for themselves.
I interviewed with one of the companies. They mentioned that they understand job seekers may want to carefully consider each job offer before making a decision, so they hoped I would think it over before getting back to them. They said that if I said I wanted to join them, I shouldn’t later stand them up.
Personally, I think this is a better approach. Of course, there is a deadline for consideration; it is not an unconditional extension. I also take the company’s position into account, so whenever I decide not to accept a position, I notify them as soon as possible.

Hello, thank you very much for offering me the position. I am deeply honored.
However, although we discussed during the interview that I could start as early as October 1, could the company postpone my start date to Friday, October 5, so that I can consider it in more detail?

Hello, so does your company mean that after notifying me of the offer at 11:30 last night, you decided the next day to offer the position to another candidate? Was I replaced just because I asked a question?

Company
Position: PHP Programming Assistant
Dear Mr. X, we have many interested candidates who are able to start on October 1, and all of them have strong potential comparable to yours. We enjoyed our interview with you yesterday and confirmed that you could start as early as October 1. However, today we saw your message saying that you still had not finished considering whether to accept the position. From the company’s perspective, of course we cannot wait for a candidate whose arrival is uncertain, nor can we miss out on a promising talent. Therefore, we chose another candidate. If you had been unable to immediately confirm during the interview that you could start on October 1, I don’t think we would have sent you an offer, since this was also one of the conditions of employment. We sincerely apologize if the company’s decision has caused you any inconvenience. We wish you success in finding a suitable job. Thank you.

You can get to know many people
The manager listens to his mother
The manager doesn’t understand management
Often shirks responsibility when projects encounter unexpected changes
But is always more than happy to take credit
An amateur at process control
Often inserts himself for no apparent reason
Has no way of dealing with clients
Treats employees as disposable chopsticks
In front of newcomers, always presents himself as quite aggrieved and complains about how previous employees were at fault
Salary payments are also often delayed.
We often have to rush to meet deadlines.
Supervisors are often nowhere to be found.
When new employees point out company problems, management always likes to blame former employees instead of making improvements.
Afraid that overtime will lead to labor-management disputes, they like to ask employees to take work home.
There are bonuses, but they are often paid late
No overtime, but deadlines are often rushed
No management responsibilities, but senior supervisors often shift the blame
