The female manager of the Internet Department is simply the rotten apple of the company. She likes to push blame and work onto others, often doesn't come to the office or stays at home without anyone knowing what she's doing. She only knows how to talk and thinks everything is very simple and easy.
Her catchphrases are:
"I don't know~ Ask my mom."
"I don't know about this~ Ask my sister-in-law~"
She constantly @mentions employees on the messaging app: "Please take care of this."
All day long, all she does is @@@ "Please, please," as if she would die if she did something herself.
She also doesn't consider that the pay is so low that employees would have to eat dirt every month, yet she still expects employees to be all-purpose workers and do things beyond their responsibilities.
Can't think of any
1. The environment is just so-so.
2. At the beginning of the interview, the only responsibility mentioned was reconciliation, but as the discussion went on, more and more duties were added.
3. The interviewee spent time traveling there, yet the interview lasted less than 10 minutes. Is the interviewee's time not valuable?
4. The salary was already publicly listed on the job bank, yet they still had the nerve to offer a salary lower than the one posted there.
5. It's quite interesting how a single interview can involve so many frustrations.
The only advantage is that the female owner rarely comes into the office... Also, the time clock is about ten minutes slow, so you can leisurely arrive at work late. Of course, when it’s time to leave, just clock out and leave on time. If you disregard the salary and benefits, it’s actually a company with a very uncomplicated work environment.
There are far too many disadvantages...
1. There is too much work, and I often have to do things that are outside my own responsibilities. Even though they are understaffed, they have no intention of hiring more people. The low salary is unacceptable.
2. The female owner is the type who only talks but does nothing. She often knows nothing when asked about things, regularly makes a mess of things and then leaves employees to clean up the unfinished work. She is irresponsible, does not think things through, believes the whole world revolves around her, and always imagines that everything will work out wonderfully.
3. The salary has not increased in years, while the workload keeps increasing.
4. When an employee wants to resign, her attitude becomes very unpleasant.
5. Think carefully before joining. It may be possible to stay long enough to build up seniority, but it is not a place for a long-term stay.
The only advantage is that the female owner often doesn’t come to the office. The workweek is five days, and she is absent about one or two days a week.
1. Job responsibilities are unclear, and everyone has to do a bunch of work outside their own duties.
2. We receive debt-collection calls almost every month, or calls looking for her family members. The company makes no distinction between the two.
3. The air conditioning can only be turned on when the indoor temperature exceeds 28°C, and it can only be set to 28°C. The company is next to a major road, so it is really hot.
4. The entire company environment is dirty and chaotic, with cockroaches and rats running around.
5. Salaries are often paid late, and there are no time-clock records, pay slips, or other details in the salary envelopes. The salary calculation is questionable. Whenever we ask the female owner, she says she has to ask her sister-in-law and that it is none of her business.
6. Matters brought to the female owner are always delayed, seriously hindering employees’ work progress. She only makes grand promises and is completely incapable of handling practical matters—she is the type who only talks.
7. Whenever the person in charge encounters something she cannot solve, she brings her mother into it and asks her mother to negotiate with the employees.
8. Salaries are below the standard for comparable positions, and the benefits are also extremely poor. Employees are insured only at the minimum wage level. There are no employee trips or company gatherings, no holiday bonuses, nothing at all—not even a Lunar New Year opening red envelope.
Summary: This is a company that exploits its employees to the fullest and has absolutely no systems or structure. Anyone considering applying should pay attention: only about 20% of what is said during the interview is actually true. After you join, they start dumping tasks on you that were never mentioned and insist that these are also your responsibilities. They really treat you like a personal assistant, while paying you the salary of a fresh university graduate. Choose carefully!!!
