I have also worked at other companies, and this is the only one where I have come online to write a negative review and would not recommend anyone join.
The employee turnover rate is extremely high; being able to stay for a full year would be a miracle. Do you want to come and give this kind of company a try?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Employees leave because of the owner’s wife. If she is unhappy, she will berate you directly; she has already driven away an unknown number of employees.
2. The company does not care about employees’ right to leave work on time. Almost every meeting runs until the end of the workday, and meetings are scheduled to start at 6 p.m., intentionally making it impossible for employees to leave on time.
3. The company has a smoking room, so you will breathe secondhand smoke every day.
A piece of advice for anyone considering joining or already working here: Never be misled by the boss or the boss's wife’s temporary sweet talk. You will be the one who regrets it. The couple treats employees only as a burden and goes to great lengths to pay you as little as possible.
1. You are required to report after work, and you will be criticized for leaving on time.
2. The boss’s wife appears very generous on the surface, but she is actually the most calculating of all.
3. The office culture is poor; you spend all day listening to the couple argue.
4. Most outrageously, employees are even required to come onto this platform to write reviews and help produce whitewashing posts.
5. They set strange rules for overtime applications: you cannot leave on time, but when you are close to becoming eligible to apply for overtime, they tell you to leave quickly.
6. Their arrogant display of wealth is disgusting.
7. Whenever a newcomer with a low salary joins, they start making things difficult for employees who have been there a little longer.
8. The boss’s wife leads the criticism of employees—she is essentially leading workplace bullying. If an employee disagrees with her, she turns to criticizing those who hold different opinions.
Summary: Like the previous comments, do not waste your time on this company. It is absolutely not worth it.
The company environment is good, and the year-end benefits are satisfying!
The work is also quite smooth, and I’ve learned a lot about professional FMCG marketing planning.
My colleagues come from very different backgrounds, but we get along quite well!
It would be even better if the company added some green plants!
None
1. Policies and instructions change constantly, leaving employees at a loss.
2. Supervisors do things based entirely on their moods. When they are in a good mood, they treat you well; when they are in a bad mood, their tone is extremely unpleasant.
3. Employees are required to report when they leave work, and even leaving on time will result in criticism.
4. Employees are not treated like human beings. Even applying for an employment separation certificate becomes unnecessarily difficult.
5. The owner's wife says she does not hold grudges, but she is the most particular of all. Even when you work overtime on company matters, she says that working slowly does not count as overtime and has others ask employees to sign forms waiving overtime claims.
6. After looking into it, I found that the company had already been reported by multiple employees and taken to court, yet it apparently had no intention of changing its attitude.
7. Their attitude of acting as though having money makes them superior is disgusting.
8. In addition to making things difficult for vendors, they also make things difficult for their own employees.
9. The office culture is poor.
Overall, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your time.
I feel that colleagues get along very well, and supervisors are also very willing to teach. I have grown a lot at this company.
Parking nearby is inconvenient.
The office hygiene and environment are fairly good, and someone is hired to clean regularly (that's about all there is to praise regarding the hygiene and environment).
1. The boss and the boss's wife often loudly argue in the office because they disagree, leaving employees and even vendors caught in the middle and in a difficult position.
2. Whenever the boss's wife gets angry, she takes it out on other colleagues.
3. Decisions change from one moment to the next. Before the end of the workday, the couple often cannot reach a consensus (neither is willing to lose the argument), delaying employees' departure.
4. The boss's wife usually arrives at the company after 3 p.m. You have to work around her schedule, and it is common for her to suddenly announce a meeting near the end of the workday; the meetings also often last a long time.
5. Before leaving work, you have to notify them and obtain their approval. If they object to your leaving on time, they will find various reasons to keep you there.
6. There is a problem with workplace bullying. The couple not only knows about it but even tacitly condones it.
7. An unlimited responsibility-based work system.
Other (not a drawback)
Quite superstitious; they place great importance on worship rituals, feng shui, and auspicious dates and times.
