Pros

I can’t really think of any.

Cons

The benefits have been reduced every year.

The lunch catering, drinks, milk, and snack cabinet that used to be provided have all been discontinued.

This year, there was not even a year-end party or company trip.

The rules for company trip subsidies were also changed.

Previously, domestic company trips were free after completing one year of service; now, the subsidy is only 60%.

There is also a lot that I’d rather not comment on. You can come and experience it for yourself.

Pros

Lunch is provided two days a week.

Cons

Managers tolerate incompetence, allowing arrogant employees to run rampant and creating a very poor workplace atmosphere. Here, you’ll find that whoever is the loudest wins, while ability is completely disregarded, so the turnover rate is also quite high~

Pros

For Taichung, the salary is fairly decent, and the benefits that should be provided are all there. This company likes people who have strong personalities and dare to stand up for themselves. If you consider yourself difficult to get along with or hard to deal with, you can do quite well here.

Cons

The company has many brands under its umbrella, and many managers have not been in their positions for very long—they were promoted simply because of the high turnover rate. Their abilities are not worth commenting on. The promotion system is not transparent, and many things depend on your manager. The same goes for bonus distribution. There is a monthly meeting every month, and the boss loves telling the same repetitive stories and life lessons—you can memorize them after hearing them so many times… It is also difficult to see what the senior management is doing. They do not really manage or pay much attention to what the people below them are doing. Since there are quite a few people in the company whose abilities are average but who like to demonstrate their capabilities by working overtime, even though their actual work logic is poor, and many people here love working overtime, this creates a culture where working overtime is seen as proof of being serious, hardworking, and responsible.

On the surface, the company culture is about having everyone create a good environment by saying more positive things and doing more good deeds. However, you eventually realize that many people in the company are quite hypocritical and approach others based heavily on self-interest. Cross-departmental communication is often necessary, but many people here lack empathy and are difficult to work with. They impose their own subjective views and forcefully insist that things should be done according to their ideas.

Pros

Interview position: Sales Management Staff

The company is very large, and the overall average age is not high. The supervisor said the average age is 25–35.

The work atmosphere is very American.

Cons

Overtime is very frequent, and there is also a half-hour statutory rest period.

Outside the company, it is essentially a responsibility-based system.

The supervisor gives a very oppressive impression. Although the office atmosphere is noisy and lively,

it still feels uncomfortable.

The salary is approximately NT$30,000–32,000, and overtime pay is provided.

However, overtime from 6:00 to 6:30 cannot be claimed; they said this is the legally required rest period.

During the interview, they ask you a great many questions and also ask you to fill out forms and questionnaires.

If you cannot work overtime, I would also suggest not interviewing at this company.

I had my interview at 6:00 p.m.,

and more than half of the employees were still working when my interview ended at 7:00 p.m.

Pros

Music is played during work hours, and snacks are available.

Cons

The job responsibilities were not clearly explained during the interview (particularly the livestreaming and direct sales aspects), so after starting the job, I found that it was different from what I had expected.

Pros

1. The female manager who conducted the interview was very nice and gentle.

2. The company handles everything for its products—from production and design to marketing and promotion—in-house, so you can gain exposure to many operational processes after joining.

3. The work atmosphere is harmonious.

Cons

They are currently still working in a residential building, but they will be moving to an office building on Zhongming South Road soon!
