Some of the boss’s ways of doing things are hard to agree with. For example, when the boss disagrees with something, they will put on some kind of performance with senior employees to fob you off. Of course, some other small companies do similar things, but if there are other companies where matters can be discussed properly without this sort of thing, why not choose them? In particular, I strongly advise fresh graduates not to apply. I hope this review can save you some time.

Nominally hiring a graphic design assistant requiring only basic 3D modeling skills, but actually seeking an industrial designer to handle packaging design, mechanical design, and product design at the minimum hourly wage. They also avoid providing insurance and drive people away! I hope future job seekers will not be deceived again.
