Some of the boss’s ways of doing things are hard to agree with. For example, when the boss disagrees with something, they will put on some kind of performance with senior employees to fob you off. Of course, some other small companies do similar things, but if there are other companies where matters can be discussed properly without this sort of thing, why not choose them?
