Read the community guidelinesThe colleagues are nice.
If it’s the [Digital xx Section of the Operations Department], don’t waste your time. Not only is the turnover extremely high, with someone resigning every month, but there are also no standards or processes for getting things done—everything depends on the supervisor’s mood. The first thing they do is question whether you made a mistake or have a problem. After driving everyone away, they still tell outsiders how pitiful they are because they don’t have enough staff. Emotional + paranoid delusions with no limit.

The position I applied for was called “Training and Development Specialist.” Leaving aside the first two years as a specialist, afterward you are assigned to a communications office as a “frontline sales manager.” Once training is completed and you begin working at a particular unit, you face treatment every day much like in the military: “senior employees bullying newcomers.”
If a form isn’t completed according to the senior employees’ standards, you get cursed at relentlessly; if you work too slowly, you get heavily berated; and if you make even a minor mistake, you are made to stand as punishment. Every day, I doubt myself. Even military service didn’t seem this extreme. They constantly use threatening remarks such as, “Your probation period is only three months.” Then, if you don’t check LINE after work or on holidays, you get another round of verbal abuse. You can never relax. The salary is NT$36,000 or more. Fortunately, I’m preparing to resign. This company culture shows absolutely no respect for employees. Even if the position were an administrative role rather than a sales position, sorry, but I still couldn’t continue working here.

Throughout the interview, the supervisor was condescending and extremely arrogant. After the interview, they did not even send a thank-you email and simply ghosted me.
The benefits are good, and the year-end bonus is also very high.
The system is terrible. The company doesn't lay people off indiscriminately, so it has retained a lot of deadweight. You really need to choose the right department and the right colleagues.
