Pros

Convenient company location, clean and tidy environment, and very friendly HR staff

Cons

During the interview, the department head kept looking at their phone and making phone calls, showing complete disrespect for the applicant.

They repeated questions that had already been answered.

When I tried to engage with them or ask questions, they stared at me expressionlessly without any intention of responding.

It was very obvious that they were not genuinely interested in conducting the interview.

Pros

The department manager was quite easy to talk to and directly told me during the interview that they hoped to hire me. They also explained the job responsibilities in great detail.

The HR representative was also very honest, saying that the manager wanted to hire me, but that the salary the company could offer differed greatly from my expectations. They also said that the company did not really offer any benefits. Very candid.

Cons

After I passed the first interview, HR said I would receive an aptitude test by email after returning home, and that the next step would be an interview with a senior executive.

However, two or three weeks after I completed the aptitude test, I suddenly received an email from HR saying that I had not been selected. So what exactly was the first interviewer telling me?

Pros

It belongs to a modernized traditional industry.

The salary and benefits are average (you won’t become wealthy, but you won’t have to worry about going hungry either).

The company has a complete and stable organizational structure.

It is an ideal job for job seekers who want a stable life,

and also a good stepping stone.

Other aspects of the work environment vary depending on the department.
