Received a perfunctory canned message from a job bank; the human resources work at a publicly listed company is nothing special after all.
The interview was simple.
The internal management is extremely problematic. Some supervisors engage in underhanded tactics and can go back on their word, then insist on twisting things to make it your fault. If you report it to upper management, they may even collude with others to blame you. Please think twice before joining.
The work environment is rigorous, making it suitable for young people to gain experience. You will definitely learn a lot.
It is not located in the city.
Labor and health insurance (isn't that basic? The monthly pay, including overtime, comes close to 40K, yet they only insure you at the minimum level...)
There is a productivity bonus (but the bonus tier depends on seniority)
There are bonuses for the three major holidays (same conditions as above)
There are some activities (but the regular working hours are too long; there isn't even enough time to rest normally, so you have no energy to participate at all)
1. Working hours are too long, and break time is too short
On a normal workday, you stay at the company for 12 hours. The actual break time is about 1 hour, and only 11 hours are included in your pay.
2. Shift work
3. Too much overtime during the peak season. At least one day of overtime every month; so far, the most I've experienced was five extra days in one month.
On overtime days, you stay at the company for 13 hours. The actual break time is 1 hour, and only 12 hours are included in your pay.
The average monthly working hours (including the one-hour breaks) are approximately 290 hours.
4. The base salary they offer is less than 22K. Adding the subsidies under other names, it comes to around 25–26K.
Including overtime pay, the monthly total is approximately 40K, for your reference.
But I was even more unlucky—I encountered a supervisor who was unreasonable.
The work isn’t difficult~it’s fairly simple
There are lots of full-time positions...but quite a few full-time employees leave as well~~haha
As for dispatched workers, needless to say~there are no benefits at all~it’s awful
The salary is extremely low, around 20K..including the meal allowance and perfect-attendance bonus, it’s only 21~22K. Working 12 hours a day for 22 days (in reality, you only get paid for 11 hours), you make approximately 35K~41K. The basic hourly wage is even lower than working part-time....it’s unbearably awful
The break time is very strict: 40 minutes for meals + 30 minutes for rest...you only get this much break time for a 12-hour shift, which is really far too little...most of the work involves standing for long periods...friends who lack confidence shouldn’t come
