The office building is cleaned regularly.
1. Management with no management experience promotes ostracism, bullying, freezing out, and dividing employees.
2. Training, annual performance evaluations, and the extent of salary increases have already been predetermined.
After Taiji Bang’s takeover, the company basically became a Taiwanese sweatshop, and they even asked supervisors to avoid reporting overtime pay as much as possible. Awful.
The company’s salary and benefits are fairly good
But there is serious infighting among the bosses. They often imply that employees should ostracize or not help people they dislike.
Those who cannot stand by and step in to help will be blacklisted.
The company’s overall policies change constantly.
The company’s benefits are not bad. Overtime leave is also better than what is required by the Labor Standards Act, and on-the-job training is comprehensive. Employees can also look for positions within the company that interest them and suit them, which is very helpful for career planning.
The company also places importance on workplace safety. Management helps employees improve the overall work environment and strengthen communication channels.
However, the company’s policies often change abruptly, which can sometimes leave people at a loss. In addition, some managers unconsciously try to solve problems but end up turning them into the employees’ problems. For example, occasionally, due to work requirements, they have no choice but to ask employees to work more than 12 hours. Yet, during subsequent reviews, they often ask why the employees violated the Labor Standards Act, request review reports, or require the overtime hours to be shifted to other workdays. There are also frequent instances in which the company acts contrary to its own regulations in order to meet customer demands.
